I'm not entirely certain what to say here. I'm an artist, and everything you see is the product of an overactive imagination.
I've always doodled in the margins when I was supposed to be doing something rather more important, but I didn't really identify as an artist until I was in late high school, and decided as long as I was contemplating majors in English, Philosophy and/or Fashion Design, why not try Art?
I currently work as a freelance artist and illustrator, and I live in Central Texas.
Most of my work is done in traditional media. My mainstays are heavy-body acrylic, fluid acrylic and watercolor paints, assorted inks, chalks, and pencils. Feel free to ask about technique, I'd be glad to ramble about my exercises in controlled mess-making.
Some of my work ventures into collage and mixed media - I'm intrigued by the idea of art books, painted objects, and the use of textiles to paint and sculpt - but mostly paint.
I do some digital work, mostly vector-based both for crispness and the challenge of it.
